Happy Father's Day!

We had a great Father's Day weekend. Josh, Maddie, and I went to Josh's parents Saturday to visit and then came home and played outside for a while. I forgot my camera so I missed out on taking pictures at Josh's parent's house. We had a good time though. We are getting excited for our trip to San Antonio to see Josh's brother Cory graduate from Air Force basic training in a few weeks.

Today was a nice slow Sunday. We went to church, out to lunch and then over to Grandma and Grandpa W's house to swim in their pool and relax. Maddie loved the water. She had so much fun "jumping" off the step and "swimming" from me to Josh. Her version of jumping involves me or Josh throwing her up in the air and catching her before she gets wet. Swimming is the same kind of deal, she spreads out as far as she can reaching and then fake swims while Josh or I carry her to one another. It is so much fun watching her do new things.

Maddie started saying a new words this weekend. It is "THIS". So, she points to random things that she wants and says "this...this...this..." So I am trying to guess what she wants and hold something up and she shakes her head no and I try something else until she says ya,smiles real big, and gets excited. She definitely knows what she wants versus what she doesn't want now.

Reading in her new big girl chair while Mommy gets ready for work. I wish this would last longer that 10 seconds!!!

Blowing bubbles with Daddy!!

Not that we aren't paying attention to her, but sometimes we find Maddie in the strangest places--like the blanket basket in the corner of the room drinking her sippy!

Maddie loves playing in the water with her daddy!
It's a bird, it's a plane, it's super daddy!

You better not be thinking about stealing my car!

Mommy's new workout!!

Here is your golf ball daddy!
